Recommended
This a product where "it does exactly what it says on the tin". Whilst it is not exactly stylish by modern standards, the tape converter is easy to use and converts to mp3 with great results. There is the added benefit of using the cassette tape recorder to listen to the tape itself. The tape recorder was used for language study with frequent stops and starts. However, it appears that this is not possible with mp3 conversion as it did not input breaks in either different songs or different language lessons. If you want to go back on the mp3 conversion, then you go back to the beginning of the tape, not to the last song or lesson.

Compact Extension with benefit of USB
PROS :- Great little product which works well and the added benefit of a USB port and an indicator light. Enough wire from the connector to the gadget which is helpful. Great value for the money. Very pleased.
CONS :- There is no way of fixing the gadget to the car other than permanent sticky strips. Then there is a further problem of the top and bottom of the gadget not being flat. Perhaps someone can devise a way of fixing it under the dashboard or within the glove box.
