Intelli IMT1000 Metronome
Very happy with this model: Intelli IMT1000 Metronome.
I have owned many different brands/models/types of tuners, metronomes, pitch playing machines for my music and for students. The most important pitch to have for the strings and general orchestra is the A440.
Too many I have, have an unsatisfactory tinny sound as well as too quiet! One of my long time favorites, a Seiko after many, many years finally died after spilling tea onto it when I had a cold earlier his season. Would have loved to reorder but no longer manufactured or sold.
This one, I actually tried out after asking another musician to bring it in, so I could check the quality and volume. Great and adjustable. Metronome also useful. I'd recommend. And musician who showed me, said that she has had it for 5 years now, always working steadily, and without having to change the battery either (which I was a bit grudging about since the rectangular batteries are much more expensive than the typical A, AA, AAA batteries). So, we'll see. :) Thank you.
