Helped me get in the right frame of mind

A friend of mine recommended it to me and I in turn will recommend it to others.
I love the first part of the book. Some say it’s a bit long but for me it was helpful to get in the right frame of mind.
Our daughter is 2years and 9 months and we’ve only started less than a week ago. So not in the ideal 20-30 months but it still worked a treat.
I couldn’t find the official FB Page that apparently exists but I’ve joined the unofficial group and that’s been really helpful too (read the book first though, or at least start reading it)
