Ok
When you take the tablet it dissolves on your tongue before you have time to swallow it. I don't usually buy this brand. It was cheaper than I usually pay but I will return to my usual brand and pay more for them.

Pocket size book with great content, I'd advise that it's deffinately worth a read.
It's a book thats easy to read, put down and pick up to read again. I has great tips and advice, I would deffinately recommend it.
