Then after 2 weeks queried why the item had not been sent. Was advised an inventory showed they did not have the item. Asked them to go back to the manufacturer for a new copy and sent them the link. They refused. Please refund my money and I will buy the same item elsewhere and please do not advertise items you do not have.

Just a heads up my item said ‘comes fully assembled’ but came flat packed - a frustrating day ensued putting it together. Seller apologised said some items are fully assembled and some are flat pack, so just double check if you don’t flatpack. As a good to know, seller has london warehouse they can bring items to for you to collect from as well as their Manchester one.
