Direct replacement for the mirrors on my...
Direct replacement for the mirrors on my old Triton ute. A quality item by Britax. Ball joint head allows you a good range of viewing angles and the head can be tightened with the two Phillips head bolts underneath.

Cheap scanner but works well enough
This is a neat little unit that scans 1D and 2D barcodes. it has a built in battery with a fairly short battery life so you will need to have it plugged into a power cable for continuous use. it turns itself off after 30 seconds to preserve the battery but turns on again when you press the yellow button. the unit is small enough to strap to your finger for keeping both hands free. The main issue is the depth of field of the scanner is quite narrow so you have a small range in which to hold the scanner at just the right position for scanning. Bluetooth pairing is easy and the device mimics a keyboard entry. The scan rate is not that quick but will be good enough for most purposes. Overall despite some limitations it's a pretty incredible device for the money.

Powerful graphics accelerator at a reasonable price
This is the most powerful graphics card you can buy that runs on bus power from the card slot (i.e. no external power cables are required) so you can it plug in a go. I bought it for video editing a to speed up 3D CAD drawing rather than gaming and it does this easily. It also significantly improved the colour on both my monitors with much better colour processing than the Intel graphics, finally enabling 10 bit colour on my main Asus ProArt monitor. It has two fans but because I don't ply games I don't think they've even activated yet, if they have I haven't heard them over the case fan.
