  The communication was very nice and the packaging was also very professional, but unfortunately the card fan is tired and does not cool, and this point was not mentioned in the description, and since the card is rare, until now I have not found a fan that matches the original measurements... The card works for a while, but its temperature quickly rises above 83 degrees Celsius with unbearable noise, so I turned it off until I find a solution.

  You can return it, just click the button in ebay and send it back. These SFF-Cards are thermally limited (not power limited like their bigger brothers). That is (unfortunately) normal. The Fan is completely fine - in a closed ventilated PC Case ist only slightly noticeable. Again: Don´t give me a bad vote - just return it and get your money back, that´s why I allowed returns, despite me being a private seller.
