Courier aparently unable to deliver. First they say it's becasue they can't find our address (been here since 2007 and never have delivery issues) then they say that we were out when delivery was attempted.
Tried to get the item (small item that would fit through a letter box and only worth £40) left with a neighbour or delivered to an alternaive address but the seller won't authorise this so the package is now stuck at the delivery depot 20 miles away from our office.
