The package was just left by my door as I wasn't in. A card through the letter box would have alerted me to its whereabouts sooner than when I discovered the email that evening confirming delivery.

Contacted the seller who was absolutely focused and offered sincere apologies and said no problem for refund ,anyways royal mail tracked 24 eventually messaged me to say they could not read delivery address so would be sent back to seller .seller sent me photo of address which was spot. Correct and clear .royal mail are now referred to as royal fail ! And then package came !!
