Good for head and lap.

Flexible and quality product. A bit too small for my needs as I use it to wrap round burning feet at night, Does not hold the cold for long (about 15 mins; my feet soon get it blood temp. But it is refreshing after a period to reapply. ) Soon cools in fridge if needs be, Depends what you need it for. For head etc fine.
