paddling pool
it's not better than expected as YOU put it ! but it after a bit of tussle did go together and dose the job intended for it.

if you like your running get a copy
Read it from the start and not flip through chapters which may seen more interesting to you as i did to start with. I have been Running at a fairly good club level for almost forty years and picked up a few things along the way but wish I had stumbled across this Book when it first came out.
