Seller sent out order very quickly and packaged well to protect the toothbrush. There was an issue with charging due to what we can only guess was an incompatibility with the charger I have, sent the toothbrush back and seller sent one with a different serial number but same model and this has been received and charges perfectly. Whilst there was an issue, the seller responded quickly and professionally to all correspondence and I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.
