1/4-20 helicoil thread repair kit
The Helicoil kit was a good choice for the application I wanted to use it for. I have plastic rods that I wanted 1/4-20 threads in, they are to hold a coper rod inserted in the end of the 1" diameter rod and the threads are in constant use. To make the threads hold up better I put the Helicoil inserts in the plastic for the threads to last longer.

good product for price of an out of print book
The book was an excellent buy, It was in original packing, never opeaned.
I bought the book to get some craft ideas, and it was full of items you could make and sell as reproductions or make similar items of a similar design but not same.
The book was what i expected and was not anything I disliked.
I might buy similar items but not this one again because I would not need two of this item.
