Lectins are dangerous to humans, designed that way, our health suffers.
Lectins are mostly destructive inclusions in our diet. Plants use lectins to protect themselves from being eaten by us. This book will lead you to avoid foods deleterious/harmful to you. Without much effort your short and long term health will improve, even your weight will ‘improve’. Many diseases will be avoided. I wish I had read and applied this book before having decades flying to the USA with its high lectin and GM foods, life would have been healthier!
Most Governments don’t regulate to reduce lectin intake, the food industry naturally gravitate to them for long shelf life, we all suffer the consequences. I recommend you read and apply.
