Best non-stick surface ever

I have tried many different non-stick pans and this is simply the best. I already had the Earth Pan wok so when I needed a small pan it was a no-brainer.

Not up to the job

The design is OK and it is easy to handle with a good return spring and handy catch for compact storage. Unfortunately the aluminium is too brittle and the handle snapped in two the second time I used it. Very cheap but lack of tensile strength lets it down and means I won't be recommending it or buying another one.
