  4 days to dispatch, no communication. Item had a mark and wasn't as new so not as described. We all make mistakes so requested refund. seller argued they wouldn't send a marked item, wasn't their fault and couldn't see mark even though I sent loads of photos. Posted as large letter not small parcel. Took days to authorise return and 4 days after sending item back to issue refund. No communication since arguing it wasn't their fault.
