Sweet Dreams

I have bought this product before, and found it very helpful. It is important to follow the instructions and take an hour before going to bed. I bought them again for my husband, as he is having sleep problems. He has found it helpful, and it is a useful aid to get you back into a good sleeping pattern. Other useful tips would be the usual, no caffeine or alcohol, meditation and relaxation, a warm bath and lavender, herbal teas or a milky drink. Sweet dreams!

Soul's Core - Shawn Mullins

I bought this because Shawn Mullins was featured on a compilation CD of the TV comedy 'Scrubs' which has great humour and music. It is very listenable and laid back. If you like this, you might also like another American, who is a favourite of mine called Willy Porter. I liked him so much that I have all his CDs.
