5 stars for the mat, 3 for the case
I have two different Strategem mats, a standard green & brown and the winter battles, and bot mats are really epic. The cases on both however, have much to be desired. Both cases had small splits upon arrival, one had two splits and the other had three. I fixed with a drop of super glue, but it's kind of anticlimactic to get an awesome mat and have to fix something on it.

Great Product
These hex bases are a great alternative to the Iron Winds Metals bases. You won't be able to tell the difference in any way but cost!

1 of 1 found this helpful Catalyst has done a wonderful job with its Kickstarter mechs. These are high quality plastic miniatures with tremendous detail. They paint well and, if you are into it, they modify nicely. I personally like to rebase mine on the older metal minis so that they are harder to tip over, but that's a personal preference.
The Clan Heavy Star does a great job of matching up the old Macross art to the Battletech stats given for the mini, all with a much better looking and more modern feel.
