Pilates DVD-Are they any good?

I am a gym member but I never did any great abdominal exercises there especially beceause I didn`t know any proper ones. Therefore I started to look for something really good and because everybody says pilates are amasing I decided to try it for myself. It`s not expensive to buy a DVD and workout in the privacy of your own home so I`m quite happy with my choice. I remember that when I saw the DVD for the first time I wasn`t very much impressed(because they spend a lot of time talking about pilates in general but no exercises)untill I finally got to the practical part of it.It`s not like you have a whole hour of workout but believe me,you don`t need more than what`s on this DVD.These exercises are pretty tough,very concentrated and smart...for me they are brilliant!
