Bread Revolution: World-Class Baking with Sprouted and Whole Grains, Heir - GOOD

Disappointed

Since this was about the “bread revolution”, I was expecting more gluten free options and the use of lots of non-wheat whole grain flours which was not the case. I bake wonderful gluten free breads that do not have the half inch crust that require the jaws of life to bite and chew. Just not a book that had any info that was helpful or desirable to me.

Not as advertised.

This says in ad and on the front, it is for adults. So not. Very simple designs like what would be good for young children. The best pattern is on the front and it is not even in the book. Would not buy again. Waste of money.

Did not keep foods fresh as stated.

I could not see any difference. The shelf life of fruits, veggies, baked goods was not improved or prolonged by using the storage boxes. Very disappointed.
