Returned coat immediately, seller has received my return, but I'm still waiting for my refund. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had on ebay. What's the hold up with my refund? £37 is a lot of money to me. I need a new coat so I'd like my refund please so I can purchase another one. Thanks.

Fit for the purpose

love it, though the instruction sheet says there are replacement cutting heads however I can't find one!!! cuts out a lot of measuring though
