    Seller had great communication and follow ups. The scanner was well packed. The shipping people were very rough on package. Also, poor tracking on the part of the shipping companies. Difficult to track or get proper updates from them. Only disappointment was some of the rubber control buttons below the dial tuner don't work well. That was the risk of buying an older vintage scanner. I am sure the seller was unaware of this nor knew how to properly test this older radio. Great item for collection
