Fantastic Book
Jean Logan is an amazing author who has managed to create symbols that when placed on various parts of the body brings your back into balance, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. There is nothing to learn, no steps to remember, just a simple and straight forward way of healing your mind and body. She is an exceptional writer and explains in the introduction how the 'glyphs' as she calls them, symbols/pictures can bring you back into balance on every level. Having bought all three of her books I can attest to the fact that you are not wasting your money. She has created a system that really does heal/cure mental, emotional and physical ailments without much effort from you. Being open and receptive to the idea is really the only criteria to let your mind and body be healed on every level.
