Will not stay at the chosen height
Bought this for my elderly mum but sadly it isn’t fit for purpose as if you try move it by holding the table top it automatically rises causing the items on it, like a cup of tea to spill! The slightest movement makes it rise quickly which makes it impossible to use. The idea was that mum could keep it at the bottom of her bed and pull it towards her when she wanted it but in reality it ends up too high for her to use as it springs upwards, she is unable to put it back down herself but even if she could it would spring back up at the slightest touch. Not safe to use as causes hot drinks to spill when it suddenly springs upwards.
