  The seller sent an inferior token (of the same type) and declined to accept a return. The seller also declined to refund through paypal and proposed a refund through the mail (which I declined). The seller then proposed to send an additional token that I approved. I received an empty letter envelope somewhat cleanly split at a bottom corner (no sign of postal mishandling). The seller failed to meet his responsibility to provide the purchased item and failed to package the second item securely.
