    I bought this Panasonic for my wife as her old Sony CD player had come to its' natural end. This was dispatched & delivered really quickly, and very well packaged. Unfortunately we had all sorts of issues getting it to work, as it wanted to be connected to a network before we could use anything. Justin was really helpful despite him being away on leave. After many attempts, we agreed that it be returned, and that was stress free, as was the full refund. Would certainly recommend this seller.
