Contacted seller that was very helpful and quick to respond and sent proof of postage to reassure me it was on its way. Packaged safely.

  This arrived with the shade cracked and damaged. Contacted seller who states that this must have happened during transit despite the package being well packaged Seller stated they will try and send a replacement but went quiet and communication stopped Not convinced this actually happened during transit as the damage and cracks look old, think twice when dealing with this seller as it looks like they have previously stopped communicating when there has been a problem going on their feedback.
