Great quality VR headset. Connected fairly easily. Graphics and experience amazing. Only issue is that daughter is allergic to foam and it leaves red stripes on her face but hopefully we will find a way around that.

Has good info but need the tapes to be really useful
I bought this book as I wanted to look at ways to relax during my upcoming birth. The book is useful but a bit "hippy" and is also slightly American. I learnt some breathing techbniques but most of the actual hypnosis you will need the tapes for it to work.
