German engineering.
Not more to say other than it’s a Wiha. Top of the line to. I later found out I had an “L” the size I needed but I don’t regret my purchase because it’s a lot more comfortable to use the screw driver. Very well made and built to last. I’d highly recommend it.

Awesome
These pliers are 100% metal, I had the impression that the “torquing” tab at the bottom was a polymer plastic, but it is in fact heavy gauge steel. I don’t know why I would expect any less from Milwaukee but, they’ve impressed me once again. I would highly recommend these pliers and the others in the same line from Milwaukee.
