There when I need it
Unless you are a mechanic you probably don't need one of these, but I've lost count of the number of times I've been faced with thread that needed cleaning up, or a bolt that just needed a bit more thread, so when my Rayburn door kept slipping open because the thread had gone on the catch, it was time to get either a new Rayburn, or at least a tap and die, or better, a small metric kit so I was never without when the next challenge came.
The tap cut a very neat thread into the hard cast iron very easily and the neat little box takes up little room and is easily stored ready to make the next thread problem just a few minutes work. I doubt I shall ever wear the set out

simple way to boost immersion heater when your main heating is off
My needs are for a simple way to boost the immersion hater when my Rayburn is off in the hot weather.
It does this well, and is simple enough for anyone to use - so I am well pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone. It fits within the small box just like a light switch and fitting it is a doddle
