    I have purchased hundreds of items over many years and I have never ever been spoken to in the way this seller did . I had an issue I received a cup and saucer which was supposed to be in a brand new condition. The saucer was heavily marked and then I contacted the seller to get her help! What I received was a whole barrage of emails which questioned my integrity and was insulted. I then had to ask her not to send me aggressive emails and it was extremely terrible the way I was abused by her!

    The items I sold were new with tags and refund issued . The items even on return had no defects this buyer had to be blocked for his extremely offensive, intimidating excessive behaviour even though I had refunded him. I felt extremely threatened by the messages he sent with an extreme over use of exclamation marks in his bullying tone. Please check out all my other feedback which really reflects who I am as a seller and how I am always extremely respectful to my buyers.
