Lights up your Photography!
As I sometimes shoot in dark indoor settings, or street photography at night - It is often difficult to view which aperture I'm using through my finder. This item completely illuminates (and illuminates, lol) the problem. Word of caution to those of you who require eyepiece diopters: Your diopter WILL screw in, though most likely fall out along with this illuminator falling off your camera. Didn't know this before & wish I did. All in all, it's handy if you can get one for a good price.

We were in a Toys R' Us a few months back when she saw this on the shelf and FREAKED OUT - I offered to buy it for her, though she insisted for me not to, and that she'd come back to get it. Luckily, it was gone when we came back - Found this DVD for CHEAPER from this seller!! ;)
I'm sure she'll have countless hrs of laughter and nostalgia from Xmas day onwards :)
