Again the item was carefully packed, securely wrapped and arrived in tip top condition, the segments were fresh, firm and healthy and arrived super fast.   These are the most expensive sticks I've ever bought. They were not delivered first time but the seller contacted me. They then resent them much later than ordered and I was away for a few days. I asked for refund but got nothing back but dead sticks. You could buy 3 plug plants for this. The description is very unclear

  Description is very clear about three fresh cuttings and you are just the one who said it's not clear. You have received extra free cuttings with your order. Don't understand those who can't read description... Reported a d blocked.

  I've only left neutral feedback 3 times but this will sadly be the 4th. Whilst the segment leaves finally arrived yesterday on 31st Jan & they were well wrapped, there was however a 3 week delay on delivery & no communication whatsoever despite me messaging seller on 20th Jan. There were 3 different delivery tracking info on purchase. Opened case against the seller when 2 of the different courier delivery dates had expired & still no word, where I respectfully asked for a refund. Lesson learnt

  The scions are very healthy and arrived in an excellent condition. There was a problem with the delivery, but Laurel responded straight away when contacted and sent us some more scions, with extras as well. Thank you !
