Very much as described - new but missing box. Instruction manual fully in tact. Lego pieces in original, closed bags, so I expect it is complete. Will be gifting to my son this week, if anything is missing I'll update the review. Delivered immediately, well packaged. Took off 1 star only because one of the bags had water/dirt inside, so I had to wash the pieces. Bag was sealed shut but I expect there was a tear somewhere and for whatever reason this single bag got wet.
