Good stress relief
Can't fully guarantee its durability as I only just got it but its seems very much so. It is firm and flexible good for hand exercises. The finish is a bit rough but does not affect the performance

Good quality but
The mirror and stand are of good quality but the bottom fixing nut did not fit properly. I had to substitute it for one of my own. Small hiccup on an otherwise good product

Not for everyone
It holds your finger straight but falls off easily if you move it to much. Think it is better for a bigger hand than mine so it can be a tighter fit.
