Gimmicky!
I bought these as a bit of a joke gift. I've no idea if they work but I paid 99p so if they don't we got a laugh! She did say when she had them on, every time she reached for the biscuit tin she wiggled her toes & it reminded her of the diet. For the price give them a go, placebo or real if they help they are worth every penny

Fits & washes well
It’s a sheet, not a lot you can say other than it is true to size & washes well. Colour seems to be staying
