Refurbished product didn't work
0 of 2 found this helpful This device, supposedly refurbished by Sony, failed before I was able to use it. Using Windows Media Player, the synchs would fail before completion, at different points with the same sequence of songs. So it was returned. I got my money back very quickly. When I did have a chance to use it, it had a lovely sound and nice clear user interface, so I bought a brand new 8gb version instead.
