Great feature set, terrible sound quailty.
Great set of features let down by bad sound quality. The speakers in these headphones have been tuned for overly compressed music via bluetooth. The fixed EQ has everything on max and thus is far too bass heavy (to compensate loss of dynamic range).
Shame, but for the price what do you expect?

Didn't work as expected
Purchased to replace a BL-5C which had bloated. It appeared to charge but would not power the speaker.

Great but with some small issues
The good: It's lightweight and looks great, the extra ear covers are a nice touch - especially as the ones pre-attached on mine were ripped a bit. Without a decent Bluetooth adapter/device it'll sound terrible.
The bad: It lasts nowhere near the stated time on the package, and getting the cable in to charge can be a pain.
Overall they're great and very comfortable, shame about the few issues though
