What a waste of money

The plastic is really hard which makes the dilator very uncomfortable. The product is also just too large for my nostrils. I understand that it needs to be big to open the nostrils but it protrudes out my nose. When it is inserted it is more difficult to breathe because it blocks the air going into the nostrils rather than helping more air to enter. I would not recommend these at all. Steer clear.
