A perfect purchase
I received the tires two days sooner than I expected. The savings over local tire stores' prices, even sale prices is significant..
Since I change and balance my own tires, this purchase saved me hundreds over the best sale price with taxes and mounting that i could find.

Not recommended
The exhaust pipe expander comes in a nice storage box. The fit and finish of the tool is nice. The rubber 'O' rings on two of the three expanders were already broken when I opened the box. There is a package of additional 'O' rings, but they too were quickly broken.
The expander was not able to expand a normal piece of 2" tailpipe. I used an impact wrench after i could no longer turn the central threaded shaft with hand tools. I lubricated the 'ramps' on the expander's wedges, but this still did not help enough to get the pipe to expand.
I thought that maybe I could expand the pipe by using only about 1/2 or 2/3 of the length of the expander, so I would be fighting the strength of a shorter piece of the pipe. This did not work, half of the metal wedges broke from the pressure in the middle of the wedges.
I found that the only way to make this expander work at all was to install it in a pipe, expand it as far as I could, then using a torch, heat the area to be expanded. The softened steel will expand with the heat applied.

Good value, exciting to wear
A good quality product, just like all of these, it takes care to put on, to not get pinched, but it's not something that can be designed out of the item it just requires care when putting it on.
