Item not what expected

this iPad was a terrible buy!!! The start button is jammed so I cannot switch screens! The battery life is terrible, I’ve been charging this iPad since I got it and throughout the night. When I woke up it was only at 50% charged. I currently own an iPad 2 which technically works way better than this iPad 4. I don’t even think that it will go up to IOS 11! Not a good choice for me and a waste of money
