  Buyer click & collect option refused delivery & the item was sent to a returns centre in Belfast! We immediately attempted to locate via track & trace, whilst commencing the Royal Mail claim process. Royal Mail issued a full refund & we passed on to the buyer immediately. Communication to the buyer was regular from our perspective & we had everything under control, but despite this, the buyer raised a formal issue with eBay prior to investigation outcomes & all of our funds are on hold still!
