Kingfish A Beacon of Light at The Beacon
This concert I remember listening to on 102.7 in New York City in the seventies marveling at the sound quality and great song selection. After listening to it again after twenty five years I got a chill up my spine as the first song "Mystery Train" began to unfold. If you are fans of Kingfish or The Grateful Dead, or any band for that matter, you will be thrilled to have this as part of your music collection. It is that good and will continue to bring you pleasure as the years roll by. Larry

Jerry Pure
This is a very good overview jerry's non grateful dead endeavors exploring his Old & In The Way Days, Acoustic Band and both studio and live Jerry Band music. I highly recommend these discs to all.

Jerry on Broadway
I had the priveldge of attending the run of shows at The Lunt Fontaine on New York City's Great White Way. The shows and song selection were spectacular and translated when you listen to these disc. The only thing i will say is I wish they were a little more concerned with the mix, I think a better job could be done. Mind you i'm being very picky being that i'm a recording artist and spend hundreds of hours each year in studios involving in the recording process. The bottom line is these are wonderful recording of Jerry Garcia playing original and traditional songs with an Acoustic Band and Electric Band in the intimate surroundings of a Broadway Theatre on New York City's Great White Way!
