  Vagaries of our beloved Royal Mail caused a significant delays in delivering the item. Upon contacting the seller, I was given a full refund with an apology. I later received the item and offered to pay back but this offer was very generously declined. I was also sent few more stamps as a gesture of goodwill. All in all, I received a brilliant customer service and would therefore highly recommend this seller to anyone without a hint of hesitation.

  Super helpful seller, arrived very quickly and when the loco sadly didn’t run the seller paid for return postage and fixed the issue, then returned it back to us with an extra little wagon gifted to compensate us for the inconvenience.
