lean strong and healthy by moving
Susan Powter-Lean, Strong and Healthy is an excellent video. I purchased a copy years ago and noticeably lost weight and inches. Received good comments from friends and family. Family suggested that I use again. There is not a lot of crawling on the floor but good cardio-exercises which are obtainable and actually not overly taxing. when Susan says keep moving, lift your arms or modify (do at your pace and skill leave until you build up)it works! That is the key even if you don't use the box or stepper. Good results are obtain, which is why I chose to make another purchase as I could not fine my first one. I am very happy as I know that it is a good program that works.
