  IOSS was not supplied digitally. It was hand written in a corner of the package, but for processing in my country it must be supplied digitally. This resulted in me being charged VAT twice and administration fees. eBay will refund only what VAT was charged by them. Customs don't see that so charge on the full price paid to eBay. Photographs of the item were accurate, description accurate. It was well wrapped and arrived quickly. Address details hand written and not particularly clear.
