  This buyer first ignored my message asking if she wanted her dollhouse miniature checkbook personalized with a specific name or adress. This is an option for my buyers according to my listing. I waited close to a week for reply and nothing. Ironically, once she received her order she was the one complaining, lying about having sent me a message to personalize the checks. I asked for copy of her message and hell broke lose after that. She had no proof obviously and finds more "SUPPOSED DEFECTS"
