  Arrived today all the upcs on the box for cut off the case itself had no plastic wrapping it says it's supposed to be brand new but how's it missing the plastic wrap that goes around the case this is the second case like this I've bought don't know why you need to cut the box up that much

  Item was used with dents and bent. Seller was responsive and made it right with full refund and Item went to Goodwill. Overall a positive outcome, but a waste of my time in searching / reviewing a item to purchase then having to send pictures to show seller what was actually in the box when they could have looked before listing and sending a damaged item.
