Good but a bit fast
Good workout, gets you sweating but she could do with demonstrating the moves first. Very fast workout, probably a bit hard for beginners.

Builds up a sweat
Great cardio but the instructor is very fast and you don"t get chance to work out the moves, I keep moving though best I can and try to keep up, and it does build up a sweat.

Hard but good
6 minute circuits targeting various areas of the body with hand weights. Mix and match circuits or go hardcore for all 40 minutes. Enjoyable and motivational.
