  The item had a dead battery and was not usable. In contacting the manufacturer, I found out the cost to repair was $425. The seller was awesome to work with, offering a full refund. In the end, we worked out a partial refund and I sent the unit to the manufacturer for repair. The unit as I received it was not what I expected. The seller was very responsive and easy to work with. This is a great seller!
